Lory was instrumental in taking care of our Beetle while in the shop unfortunately when your car needs a OEM ignition switch it can take a couple of weeks so customers with foreign cars should make yourselves aware of downtime. Shops cannot anticipate parts deliveries for ignition issues. Plus we kept our business in Lodi, ca

My car Blanca’s ABS system needed to be replaced, so I called my new mechanics at PRs Autohaus so they can handle it! I have been so happy with this shop, not only has she stopped her warning ⚠️ but she’s running even smoother from her last visit which was also recently. I joke and tell the ladies in the office Lori & Raquel, that I think Blanca has a crush on her mechanic Ben 🤩😊 Ben thanks again, but I had a talk with Blanca and told her she needs to behave 🤣See you all next time for sure 👌🏻
